Do I need to register before purchase?
You can make your purchase without an account by doing a guest checkout.

It is recommended to register an account before purchase as it allows you to track your orders as well as retain your shopping cart. You can also save products and colours under your Wishlist.
How do I register an account?
Click on the account icon and sign up, or alternatively you may choose to sign up upon checkout.
I cannot find an item on the website, what should I do?
You can drop us a note on our Contact us or reach out to our friendly Customer Experience team at 1-800-88-2663 or 012-2208464 (Whatsapp message only).
What is the order process like?
Step 1: Search products, select your desired colour (if applicable) and packsize.
Step 2: Add product to the shopping cart.
Step 3: Checkout with the shopping cart and complete payment using your preferred payment methods
What are the payment methods available?
We accept payments via Mastercard, Visa credit, debit cards, online banking and selected e-wallets payment methods. No cash on delivery or partial payment is accepted.

Is the payment process secure?
All online payment information is seamlessly and securely processed via our Payment Gateway Provider: iPay88.

No financial information can be accessed by Nippon Paint throughout the entire payment process. For more information on iPay88, please visit https://www.ipay88.com/ to find out more.
How soon will my order be ready for self-pick-up?
Your order can be ready for collection within 3 to 7 working days. You will be notified via email when your order is ready.
Can I change the location for self-pick-up?
You cannot change the location once payment has been made.

How soon can my order be processed?
Cut-off time for an order is at 11:00am local MY time.

Orders received (upon successful payment) before the cut-off time can be processed within the same working day. Orders received after the cut-off time will be processed on the next working day.
How long will delivery take?
We aim to have your order delivered to your doorstep within 3 to 7 working days upon confirmation of payment.
How do I check on the status of my order?
For self-pick-up: Sign in to your account and click on "My Orders".

For delivery: Once your order is ready to be shipped and is on its way, you will receive an email where you can simply click on "TRACK ORDER". Alternatively, you can go here for more tracking options.
Is the delivery area limited to specific regions?
We deliver to all places in Malaysia except Labuan and restricted NO-delivery areas. No international delivery is available.

NO-delivery areas are due to restrictions and limitations (placed by certain institutions and organisations), and examples of such areas are:
  • Military and army base camps
  • Free Trade Zones
  • P.O. Box Addresses


Note: For delivery to university or college campus addresses, your order(s) can only be delivered to the administration office or their mailing room.

Am I able to cancel my order?
You will NOT be able to cancel your order once payment is made.

What if the item I ordered ran out of stock?
Your Customer Experience team will contact you within 1-2 working days to resolve this.
How do I apply a promo code to my order?
Key in the promo code in the “Promo Code” field within your cart.
Am I able to exchange or refund my product after purchase?
You will NOT be able to exchange or request for a refund once payment is made.

Before making a purchase, please choose carefully as Nippon Paint does not accept return of products (or exchange) where you have simply changed your mind, are not happy with a colour or where the purchase was a gift that was unwanted. Nippon Paint also does not accept any returns (or exchanges) on any paint that has been tinted.

Products can only be returned (or exchanged) if the delivered item is the wrong product/ colour/ packsize, and the fault did not arise through any misuse, abnormal use, negligent use and handling of the product.
